This gripping dark comedy peels back the layers of suburban respectability to reveal the chaos lurking beneath.
When an affluent couple’s home is invaded by two desperate burglars, the lines between criminal and victim begin to blur. As secrets are exposed and alliances shift, all five characters are forced to confront uncomfortable truths about themselves and each other.
This taut, witty drama explores themes of class, addiction, and the masks we wear, asking the provocative question: Are we really so different from those we judge? With sharp dialogue and unexpected twists. At Home with the Sheridans promises to keep audiences on the edge of their seats until the very last moment.
Show Warning: contains coarse language, violence and drug use.
Featuring: Michael Hewson, Genevieve Wilson, Chris Harris, Lisa Divall, Emma Kirby.
Stage Manager: Ann Speicher.

It’s 1950, and new colours are being added to the Red Scare. Two U.S. State Department employees, Bob and Norma, have been tasked with identifying sexual deviants within their ranks. There’s just one problem: Both Bob and Norma are gay, and have married each other’s partners as a carefully constructed cover.
Inspired by the true story of the earliest stirrings of the American gay rights movement, madcap classic sitcom-style laughs give way to provocative drama as two “All-American” couples are forced to stare down the closet door.
