There’s more than fruits and vegetables growing at Uptown City Gardens.
As Ralph, a nervous newcomer, shows up for his first volunteer shift,
he’s slowly drawn into the unlikely community tending the plots alongside him —
neighbours who become confidants, strangers who become family,
all bound together by dirt under their fingernails and the quiet faith
that good things will happen if you just keep showing up.
Funny, tender and deeply human, Community Garden is a celebration of
sustainability, belonging, and the strange,
stubborn hope of growing something — together.
BONUS: ‘Gigi’s Pizzeria’ (as featured in the show)
is set up in the Roxy Room at every evening performance where you can
pre-order pizza to enjoy as you mingle with the cast and crew post show.

This theatre has allocated seating. In the event of a close to sold out session, allocated seats may be adjusted by 1 to allow for best seating practice.
SEATING NOTICE:
Roxy Lane Theatre were expecting their new seating to be installed for this show, unfortunately there has been a delay, so the old seating will still be installed. First 5 rows are on the floor level, seats staggered. Row F & H are the next raised rows. Please call TAZ Tix on 9255 3336 if you wish to alter your seating.
Roxy Lane Theatre is currently undergoing renovations and it is fully expected that the new seating will be installed and ready for this show.
The first row (Row A) will be on the floor and accessible for those requiring no steps.
Every row after that will be raised seating – 1 step up per row.
Online bookings close 2 hours prior to performance start time.
Phone bookings close Mon – Sat @ 6pm and matinee performances at 12noon.
We man the phone part-time, if you miss us, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Payment and Ticket Printing: On completion of your booking you will receive a payment confirmation email from TAZ Tix Administrator with your tickets attached.
Payment is by visa, mastercard credit or debit card.
There is no requirement to print tickets at Roxy Lane Theatre.
When you enter the theatre you need to check-in at the box office, as they need to know that you’ve arrived. The box office has a Door-List which they cross reference with, they can see your booking is under your name, where you are seated and your booking is accounted for.

The Brothers Grim, with the help of Dame Daffy,
retell one of their lesser-known tales about two sisters
who meet a bear and an ungrateful dwarf.
A fun pantomime full of music, dancing and “he’s behind you!”
