“THE PAJAMA GAME”
A classic musical comedy
Music and lyrics by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross
Directed by Carole Dhu.
Set in a 1950s American pajama factory, the musical centres
around a lively dispute for a workers 7½ cent pay rise that throws Sid,
the new factory superintendent and Babe, the feisty head of the
Union Grievance Committee together and despite their fight
they become drawn to each other romantically.
Add into the mix a womanising union president, a super jealous
time study man, a devious company president and
several lively female employees and sparks are bound to fly!
Featuring such well known tunes as Hernando’s Hideaway and
Steam Hat, this is a glowing example of a solid, classic musical comedy
which won several Tony Awards including Best Musical.

“BIG FISH”
A musical.
Music and Lyrics by Andrew Lippa.
Book by John August.
Directed by Tammy Peckover
Big Fish is a heartfelt, whimsical musical that tells the story of Edward Bloom, a charming traveling salesman with a gift for storytelling. His larger-than-life tales of adventure, from befriending giants to saving a town from ruin, have enchanted those around him, especially his young son, Will.
However, as Will grows up, he becomes increasingly skeptical of his father’s fantastical stories,
yearning to uncover the truth behind the embellishments. As Edward’s health begins to fade,
Will embarks on a journey to understand the man behind the myth,
discovering that the line between reality and imagination is
often blurred but always full of magic and meaning.
Based on the novel by Daniel Wallace and the Tim Burton film of the same name
Big Fish is a touching exploration of family, legacy, and the power of storytelling,
celebrating both the extraordinary and the ordinary moments
that shape our lives. Full of wonder, humour, and heart,
Big Fish reminds us that life is the stories we tell.
