CAMELOT
Book & Lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner.
Music by Frederick Loewe.
Directed by Karen Godfrey.
Step into a forgotten world of kings and queens, chivalry and honour,
as King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table navigate lofty ideals
of friendship, loyalty, betrayal and sacrifice, all in the name of love.
Camelot follows King Arthur’s hopes to create a fair and just society,
inspired by his vivacious Queen Guinevere from France.
But will a forbidden romance bring unrest and upheaval to all that he has built?
How will the King cope with the biggest betrayal of his life? Will his idea of Camelot be lost forever?
A truly timeless and captivating love story, Camelot inspires hope for the future.
