MRS WALLACE & THE ROYALES
“A high-octane, harmony-rich journey through
the iconic soundtracks of Quentin Tarantino”.
Mrs Wallace & The Royales are a seven-piece band of well-seasoned players.
With 5 part harmonies, two lead guitarists, (Blues/Rock ’n’ Roll and Jazz),
bass guitarist, trumpet and drummer/percussionist.
They have taken all the great tunes from Quentin Tarantino’s movies:
Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol I & II, Jackie Brown, Django Unchained,
Death Proof, Inglourious Basterds, The Hateful Eight,
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Dusk Till Dawn.
Collectively they have created an intriguing show,
performing well known Tarantino soundtrack songs whilst telling a story of
Tarantino and his use of music in his written and directed movies.
The setlist spans Tarantino’s entire filmography,
from the surf-rock twang of Miserlou to Nancy Sinatra’s hauntingly beautiful Bang Bang.
